I-526 (EB-5) Processing Times Improve

Yesterday the USCIS announced new average processing times for I-526 (EB-5) petitions that show a reduction in the average processing time from 14.0 months to 13.2 months (see http://www.aila.org/infonet/processing-time-reports/eb-5/2015/eb5-ptr-06-15-15). The results are heartening given the large increase in received petitions in recent months as investors move to file to avoid a possible increase in the minimum investment amount to $800,000.
